Tips for Planning Your Drive to the Grand Canyon
- Fuel up before you enter the park. Gas stations near the park are limited and more expensive.
- Bring snacks and water. Services can be sparse along certain routes.
- Check road conditions. Especially in winter months - the South Rim does get snow and the North Rim road is closed mid-October to mid-May.
